However, Riveria Marketing does not guarantee that all product details, pricing, or availability are complete, accurate, or up to date. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel any affected orders.
4.1 By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are inclusive of 9% GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4.2 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs when we send you a separate email confirming dispatch of the ordered item(s).
4.3 We accept PayNow only. All prices on this website are listed in Singapore Dollars (“SGD”), and any purchases made will be charged in SGD. All payments are processed securely using encryption technology.
5.1 Deliveries will be made only within Singapore to the address specified in your order. We will endeavor to deliver within five (5) working days of our acceptance email, but time of delivery is not of the essence. We will not be liable for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.
5.2 All delivery dates provided are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from shipment or delivery issues from our suppliers, Acts of God, war, civil commotion, or other causes beyond our control.
Delivery Fees: SGD 35.00 for purchases under SGD 150.00 per transaction per location (islandwide, excluding Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port, and restricted areas).
Surcharges: SGD 40.00 applies to deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port, and restricted areas.
You may need to assist us with applying for a Jurong Island Pass so our drivers can enter Jurong Island.
For purchases below SGD 150.00, customers may opt for appointed courier services (charges apply) or arrange self-collection.
Delivery will be arranged with you in advance. Deliveries are scheduled Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, subject to availability.
If no one is present at the confirmed delivery time, the item will be left at your door/gate area, and photos will be taken and sent to you as proof of delivery.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries of any order, and each partial delivery constitutes a separate contract on the same terms. Failure to deliver all ordered products will not invalidate the contract regarding delivered items.

For delivery arrangements, please contact us via the website’s Contact Us form or call us at +65 6742 1144 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm SGT). If self-arranging delivery, please notify us 2–3 days in advance by emailing sales@riveriamarketing.com.
Our warranty applies only to products used as intended. Misuse voids the warranty, and we accept no liability for damage.
Warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear.”
Warranty covers manufacturer defects within 3 days of receipt.
Clearance items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty.
Delivery charges remain applicable if you reject or cancel the order upon delivery.
Once your order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or wrongly placed orders, so please select carefully.
If you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct item, provided it remains in its original condition.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
10.1 We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law, or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with your online order through our store.
10.2 We make no warranty that any product specified online will be available at retail stores at the specified price or at all.
10.3 We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses (including direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages) arising out of your online order or reliance on information provided through our online store, regardless of the form of action and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Our maximum aggregate liability for any order will be limited to the price paid for the products.
